Once upon a time there was a married couple. They had a young pretty daughter. The couple lived in a manor. Unfortunately the mother got very sick. A few days later she died. This left the father very lonely. One day he met another woman and remarried. She was extremely selfish and had two daughters that secretly picked their noses. The daughters were so mean to their step sister because they were jealous of her beauty and her kindness she showed towards others. The two step sisters named the girl Cinderella because she had to clean the ashes within the fireplace. A few days later the father of Cinderella died on his way to work overseas.
One day the King decided to host a ball in his castle. He sent his young son, Prince Charming to drop off invitations to the young girls in the village. Cinderella wanted to go to the ball , but her Stepmother prevented her from going by giving her more chores than she could complete, so her little friends the mice and pigeons helped her clean up. She asked her Step Mother again, she giggled and said “Not with your filthy old dirty clothes”. Cinderella ran to the garden after the Step Sisters and Mother left the manor. Cinderella burst into tears. Her little friends felt sorry for her.
A sound was heard from the bushes. Cinderella looked up.
The old lady was her Fairy Godmother ( Aschenputtel ). Cinderella asked her “Who are you?”. The Fairy Godmother replied “I am your Fairy Godmother dear”, in her kind old voice. Aschenputtel approached Cinderella and asked her “What happened dear? “. Cinderella replied “I just wanted to go to the ball but my Stepmother won’t let me”, in a sad voice. Aschenputtel was thinking in her head. “Mmm let me see”. When she thought of something she casted a spell towards Cinderella. After she casted it Cinderella was in a beautiful blue dress with Glass Slippers which were really comfortable. After that she cast another spell to a pumpkin in the green house, that didn’t go that well. The pumpkin turned into a golden carriage to carry her to the ball but the greenhouse got broken because the pumpkin grew too big. After that mess, Aschenputtel used the nearby mice and Pigeons to create a driver and horses for the Golden Pumpkin Carriage. Before she went off to the ball Aschenputtel told her “When the midnight bells strike all my spells will disappear”. CInderella promised Aschenputtel to come back before midnight. So she went off to the ball. When she arrived all the people wondered who this beautiful lady was. The Prince saw her and danced the whole night with her. Cinderella forgot that her spells would disappear on the strike of midnight. When midnight hit Cinderella cried to the Prince and said “I have to go”. So she ran to the front door of the palace. When she was on the stairs she tripped and her glass slipper fell off. The Prince picked it up. The Prince told everyone in the Village to try on the slipper and said “Whoever fits this glass slipper will be my bride”. Everyone tried to fit their foot in the slipper but it was not the right size. When the Prince went to Cinderella’s manor the step sisters and the mother tried super super hard to let their foot in the slipper. The Prince asked the Stepmother “Do you have anybody else in your house”. The Mother replied “Yes we have a kitchen maid we call her Cinderella”. The Prince said “Take me to her”. So she did. When the Prince let her try on the slipper it was just the exact size.
The Prince and Cinderella got married the next day and lived happily ever after.
